This cotton candy bubble scoop will bring you back to the carnival with its wonderful scent. This is a favorite for kids of all ages.
You simply hold under running water until desired amount of bubbles are achieved. Allow the scoop to dry completely in between uses. One scoop could last two to three baths but will be determined by the amount to bubbles you prefer.
